Cancer Dr. Collinge guides the listener through imagery for building vital energy;
strengthening the body's immune defenses against cancer; amplifying the effects of

reinforcing healthful changes in behavior and lifestyle. This exercise is designed for
regular use as a self-healing practice, and is accompanied by relaxing background music.

relaxation exercise resulting in the relaxation response, a physiological state in which all
the body's healing mechanisms operate most efficiently. This process has proven

background music. Tape 2, Side B: Meeting Your Inner Healer leads the listener on a
safe and gentle hypnotic journey to contact a source of wisdom and guidance within. The
"Inner Healer" is a universal archetypal figure which we all carry in our subconscious a
symbolic representation of our highest and deepest wisdom, and our connection to our
Source. This exercise leads to important insights about how we can support our healing
